While a man was polishing his new car, his 6 yr old son picked up a stone and scratched lines on the side of the car. In anger, the man took the child's hand and hit it many times; not realizing he was using a wrench. At the hospital, the child lost all his fingers due to multiple fractures. When the child saw his father.....with painful eyes he asked, 'Dad when will my fingers grow back?' The man was so hurt and speechless; he went back to his car and kicked it a lot of times. Devastated by his own actions.......sitting in front of that car he looked at the scratches; the child had written 'LOVE YOU DAD'.The next day that man committed suicide. . .Anger and Love have no limits; choose the latter to have a beautiful, lovely life..... Things are to be used and people are to be loved. But the problem in today's world is that, People are used and things are loved.... In this year, let's be careful to keep this thought in mind: Things are to be used, but People are to be loved. Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits they become character;Watch your character; it becomes your destiny. I'm glad a friend forwarded this to me as a reminder. God bless you. If you don't pass this on nothing bad will happen; if you do, you might change someones life. Do u know the relationship between your two eyes? They blink together, move together, cry together, see things together & sleep together. Even though they never see each other. Friendship should be just like that! Life is vanity without FRIENDS.

Last weekend, aku ade chat with my bff dari zaman kecik aku. She shared her experience with her husband selama 5 tahun diorang be husband and wife. Home Made Chicken Ball

Yesterday, I've try to make a chicken ball at home for my lunch and dinner. The taste is quite different from what we can find at market. Very easy to make it, you can try it by yourself.

1 piece of chicken ( boneless) ( you can change with meat or mutton)
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper *
1/2 teaspoon of basil *
1/2 teaspoon of oregano *
1/2 teaspoon of rosemary *
1 table spoon of chillies flakes *
( * is optional, you can replace with whatever spice you want)

Put everything in blender and blend it until become like sticky paste. And then shape the paste to a small ball (for this I get 12 chicken balls). After that you can choose to deep fry or boil it. Now your chicken ball are ready to be served.

Mr. Peanut Sandwich Bread

Currently I'm looking for low carbs recipe, I'll share whatever recipe I found in this blog. So feel free to try if you want. (^_^)v

1 cup natural peanut butter, smooth
3 eggs
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 packet sweetener (optional)

Blend peanut butter and eggs until smooth. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into a sprayed loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let cool before slicing.

Yesterday, 23rd of March 2013... Finally kawan baik aku, Azadi Ashraf telah menamatkan zaman bujang beliau bersama gadis pujaan hatinya... si Aimi... Congrates for both of u... Selamat Pengantin Baru... Semoga berbahagia sampai ke syurga. I'm happy for u bro, finally ko dah jadi laki orang. Tapi sorry to say... ko dah x boleh join kitorang lepak macam dulu lagi... hahahahah... just a joke k... insyaAllah nanti ada masa kita buat lagi event macam time kita pi PD that day... Amin!

Chicken Grill With Black Pepper Gravy

BAHAN-BAHANNYA :-

Ayam grill

1 ekor ayam (amek bahagian yg berdaging je)
2 sudu Mix herb (Basil, Marmojam, Oregano, Rosemary, Sage dan Thyme)
5 sudu besar sos black paper
2 sudu kecil sos tomato
2 sudu serbuk lada hitam

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-

1. Perap ayam bersama semua bahan tadi semalam atau sekurang2 kurangnye 3 jam sebelum masak. Perap dan masukkan didalam peti sejuk.
2. Grill kan ayam menggunakan suhu sederhana sehingga well done. X perlu terlalu kering. Nanti x berape sedap.

Kentang putar

3 biji kentang (buang kulit)
1 /2 cawan susu segar
Garam

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-

1. Rebus kentang sehingga empuk.
2. Kemudian kisar kering bersama susu dan garam sehinggga lumat.

Gravy

1 biji bawang besar bombay (dadukan halus)
2 1/2 cawan air
Jus lebihan ayam semasa grill
1 kiub pati ayam
1 sudu kecil mentega
2 sudu tepung jagung
1 sudu besar sos tomato
1 sudu besar sos tiram
sedikit serbuk lada hitam
1 sudu kecil kicap pekat
5 kuntum cendawan shitake kering (rebus dan hiris nipis)
garam & ajinamoto

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-

1.Cairkan mentega dan tumis bawang, lada hitam sehingga layu dan
2. Masukkan air dan  lebihan jus ayam . Masukkan kiub ayam dan tunggu sehingga mendidih.
4. Masukkan bahan2 lain dan tunggu sehingga pekat dan masak. Sedia dihidangkan.

Salad

Brokoli, Salad, timun dan tomato.

NAK BEST !! :)

Makan bersama kacang soya panggang (Beli je yg dalam tin jename ayam brand)
Jangan lupa kentang goreng (Beli yang ready make tinggal nk goreng je)

Tip :-

* Nk dapatkan ayam yg lembut. Pilih ayam yg masih muda dan tidak terlalu besar.
* Ayam haruslah diperap semalaman barulah dapat hasil yang best.

Kek Coklat Karamel

Nampak macam senang, tapi tak pernah try lagi... And nampak macam sedap jugak...

Bahan karamel:
2 sudu besar gula dijadikan karamel

Bahan Puding:
1 cawan susu pekat
1 cawan susu cair
3 biji telur
sedikit esen
* Semua bahan di atas dipukul lembut.

Bahan kek:
Bahan A:
1 cawan gula
1 cawan serbuk koko
1 cawan susu pekat
1 cawan susu cair
1 cawan minyak
* Semua bahan di atas dimasak sebentar di atas api.

Bahan B:
11/4 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
1 sudu teh baking powder
* Semua bahan di atas diayak.

Bahan C:
3 biji telur - diblend.

Cara-cara:
1. Masukkan bahan B dan C ke dalam bahan A. Ketepikan.
2. Masukkan bahan puding di dalam karamel. Kukus 20 minit dengan api sederhana.
3. Masukkan kesemua bahan kek ke dalam puding. Kukus 1jam atau sehingga masak.
